I am a Leadership Coach and Facilitator with over 14+ years of corporate HR leadership experience, across diverse sectors and organisations such as Consulting, NBFC, Real Estate and Communications. In 2020 I was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer post delivering my baby. This was a period of intense transformation for me and awakened a strong sense of purpose to make a positive difference in people's lives. I am now an active breast cancer awareness advocate in Singapore and India and am associated with several NGOs encouraging people to take care of their health. I also coach individuals and caregivers of people who have been diagnosed with a critical illness. I haverecently co-authored a book (Don't Ask Me How I'm Doing) which focuses on the journey and experiences of Adolescents and Young Adults (Age 17-39) diagnosed with a critical illness.
