A former practising lawyer at the Paris Bar, she rapidly rose to Partner and Head of the French Desk at an international law firm. Carina is an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach (PCC) and an accredited Mediator recognised by the French Embassy in Singapore. Her leadership extends to her tenure as Board Director of the Belgium-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, fostering cross-border collaboration. A passionate educator, she has lectured at Sorbonne-Assas International Law School and trained lawyers at Singapore Management University. Holding dual Master's degrees in Judicial Career & Criminal Sciences and Business & Law of the EU, Carina blends legal expertise with deep coaching insight. Fluent in five languages, she is committed to cultivating curiosity, cultural intelligence, and purpose-driven leadership worldwide.
