Alex holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Professional Life Coaching from the Singapore University of Social Sciences, a Masters in Business Administration from Quantic University, a Bachelors of Business (1st Class Honours) from Nanyang Technological University, is a recognized IHRP professional and practicing professional life coach for the past 2 years. Outside of professional coaching, he has been actively employed in the Human Resources and Marketing realms for the past decade, where he utilizes coaching and change management techniques to galvanize changes in himself and others. At present, he heads up an e-commerce martech company as Chief People Officer, overseeing the regional portfolio in Southeast Asia.
