Nicole is an HR Leader with an inspiring story, she has over 10 years of experience in HR, Marketing, and Academia. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in industrial organizational psychology, she excels in talent management, organizational development, culture, and L&D. She is currently the Director of Human Resources and Corporate Communications for Singapore and Hong Kong and the APAC Regional DEI Lead at McCann Worldgroup.
Recognized for her advocacy in mental health, inclusive leadership, and a modern HR approach, Nicole was named one of the Philippines’ Top 30 Leaders on LinkedIn in 2023 and Top 100 Filipinos to Follow on LinkedIn in 2020.
