Eric is an experienced senior executive, advocate and trusted advisor with over 21 years combined experiences comprising Capital Markets, FinTech, Entrepreneurship, Intrapreneurship and VUCA Leadership in building up businesses and establishing footholds. Eric has always been an ardent technologist, enthused by new innovations. Prior to his Entrepreneurship, he had the privilege to be part of Asia Pacific senior sales leadership team in BT Group, UOB Kay Hian, CMC Markets, RTS Realtime Systems and FlexTrade Systems. Most recently, Eric was appointed as a Board Director of Medway Investments, a family office investment management company with minimum AUM of $100 million established since 1980 and the former President of Hg Exchange, a digital private securities exchange awarded Monetary Authority of Singapore ("MAS") Recognised Market Operator in 2021.
