Azran Osman-Rani is the CEO and Co-Founder of Naluri, a digital behavioral health startup that combines mental health and chronic disease management through AI-driven coaching and a holistic, outcomes-focused approach. Under his leadership, Naluri has expanded from a single intern to 200 employees, serving over 100 corporate clients and insurers across five Southeast Asian markets within five years. Previously, Azran was the founding CEO of AirAsia X, pioneering the long-haul, low-cost airline model and scaling the company from startup to a $1 billion IPO in six years. He also served as CEO and Group COO of iflix Malaysia, growing the streaming platform to 30 markets. Azran has held senior roles at Astro, Bursa Malaysia, and McKinsey & Company, and co-founded MoneyMatch, Cognifyx, and YellowPorter. A Stanford graduate, he is an Ironman triathlete, author, and adjunct professor at the National University of Malaysia.
