With a strong foundation in HR and organisational psychology, she has spent her career helping leaders and teams collaborate effectively across cultures and navigate increasingly diverse, global workplaces.

Meital is a leadership speaker and corporate trainer specialising in cross-cultural leadership, inclusion, and global collaboration. She works extensively with multinational organisations—particularly across Asia—supporting leaders in bridging cultural gaps, strengthening communication, and building culturally intelligent leadership capabilities.
