Jasmine Liew is the Founder of Breakthrough Catalyst and a leading HR and organisational development strategist with over 20 years of experience across multinational corporations, the Singapore Civil Service, and the private sector. She specialises in psychological safety, change leadership, and culture transformation in AI-driven and digitally evolving workplaces.

Singapore’s first Certified Psychological Safety Practitioner under Professor Amy Edmondson’s The Fearless Organization, Jasmine brings evidence-based frameworks to help leaders build trust, resilience, and high-performing teams. A Prosci-certified Change Management Practitioner and award-winning HR leader, Jasmine has led large-scale transformation initiatives across public and private sectors.
