Eugene Seah is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), sales and mindset transformation expert, and NLP-based coach with over a decade of experience helping organisations elevate sales performance, influence, and collaboration. A former senior leader in Asia’s financial markets, Eugene brings strong commercial credibility from managing investor relations, roadshows, and regional teams across Asia Pacific. Since 2014, he has worked with leading global brands including Google, Prudential, Citibank, Adidas, Sony, and GSK, delivering high-impact programmes on NLP sales, negotiation, persuasion, and trust-based selling. His expertise lies in decoding buyer psychology, strengthening sales conversations, and enabling professionals to “sell without selling” through influence rather than pressure. Eugene is known for translating neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and behavioural science into practical, immediately applicable tools.
