Biography

Michelle Lim is a psychotherapist, coach, and mindfulness-based wellbeing practitioner who specializes in burnout recovery, emotional resilience, and holistic mental health. She integrates person-centered therapy with somatic and trauma-informed practices to support clients navigating anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and emotional overwhelm. Michelle holds certifications in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (UC San Diego), Mindful Self-Compassion, the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Program (Google), Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C), Suicide Intervention (ASIST), and Gottman Couples Therapy. She teaches at Singapore Management University and Nanyang Technological University, and her clients include Citi, Deloitte, Chanel, Cisco, Chevron, and Singapore’s Prime Minister’s Office. With lived experience of bulimia, body image issues, and burnout, Michelle brings deep empathy and practical insight into her work. She also leads self-care retreats across Asia and has been featured on TEDx, CNA, TODAY, and MoneyFM. Her mission is to help others cultivate resilience, clarity, and authentic self-leadership.
