Michelle Mah is the founder of Rebalance, and a qualified mindfulness, mental wellbeing and resilience trainer. She has studied and trained with the world’s most heavily researched secular mindfulness, EQ & wellness programmes - Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) under UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness, Mindful Schools, Positive Psychiatry and Mental Health under University of Sydney, and the world renowned Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI), first developed at Google. She is also currently a trained teacher with the Centre of Mindful Self-Compassion.
