Biography

Michelle is a mindfulness and mental wellbeing practitioner and qualifying counselor. She has trained with leading wellbeing and emotional intelligence programs, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at UC San Diego School of Medicine, the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) developed at Google, and the Centre for Mindful Self-Compassion. After facing her own mental health challenges, Michelle transitioned from a successful career in marketing to focus on mental health and resilience. She delivers wellbeing programs for the Associate Faculty of Singapore Management University and offers the “Healthy Living & Wellbeing” module at Nanyang Technological University. Certified in Perinatal Mental Health by Postpartum Support International, Michelle also leads self-care and wellbeing retreats for corporate employees in Asia. Her clients include Citi, Deloitte, Chanel, Chevron, Cisco, and Singapore’s Prime Minister’s Office, among many others. Michelle is dedicated to fostering resilience, compassion, and self-awareness.
