Dr. Jayantika Soni is the Co-founder and CTO of Resync, an AI-driven energy cloud startup optimizing power systems for renewables, smart buildings, and industrial facilities. Since founding Resync in 2017, she has led the development of advanced control and machine-learning algorithms that improve grid flexibility, energy efficiency, and carbon outcomes. Dr. Soni holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a bachelor’s degree from IIT (BHU), Varanasi.
